  Answer : Required information: your name, phone number, date and location for picking up samples. You can send your samples on working days (Monday-Friday) and please inform us about the required information in advance (at least 1 day before the appointment date) so that we can appoint TNT staff to pick up your samples on time.Please send order form to us via email: sales@wardmedic.com and support@wardmedic.com

  Answer : There is no stipulation in minimum sample for shipping. Only 1 sample is eligible for free shipping to ATGC.
